Our customer, a world leader in offshore projects, recently won a major integrated contract for the MERAKES Project in Indonesia. Tekflow contributes to this project as a supplier of pulling heads, filling heads and Grayloc® clamp connectors.

DESIGN
Tekflow provided design support for pulling heads to facilitate machining operations in accordance with standards.
MATERIALS
We supplied the material according to the customer's specifications :
Pulling heads (EN 10225 - S355G10+N/Z35 tested)
Filling heads (EN 10025-2 - S355J2G3+N/Z35 tested)
MACHINING
We machined the filling heads and the pulling heads in our machine shop located in Le Neubourg in France.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We prepared and organized :
Fit up tests,
Load tests,
Pressure tests,
Painting inspection
