Tekflow Group, specialized in the design and manufacture of machined mechanical parts, is pleased to announce the acquisition of A2S Group, an expert in metal welding processing, to increase its offer of activities.
The merge of the Tekflow and A2S groups is motivated by the desire to offer a full range of products and services from design to manufacture (machining & welding) of mechanical parts, sub-assemblies and components with hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical technologies, to commissioning.
The synergy of the two groups, combined with over 50 years of respective expertise, means that we can now provide to our customers “a more in-house manufacturing source” as a single point of contact for all their projects.
The new group employs now 120 people and five production sites located in Normandy and Ile-de-France, and in Portugal. The Tekflow Group’s machining capabilities complement A2S Group’s expertise in sheet metal work, boiler making and welding capacities. The skills of each in engineering, design and calculations are reinforced (Solidworks, Solid Edge, Fusion 360).
All these assets enable us to position ourselves as a major player in the design and manufacture of machined and welded mechanical parts.
